Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Hijab Lounge, we do not offer returns or exchanges on hijab products due to hygiene reasons. We ask that you carefully consider your purchase before finalising it.

General Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at hijablounge@gmail.com. Do not send your item back before contacting us. Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hijablounge@gmail.com so we can address the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at hijablounge@gmail.com.
